fastCode in the Cloud

To use fastCode, you need to register and confirm your email address. Once you confirm your email address, you can login to the fastCode portal where you can create and manage applications.

Application Generator Portal

fastCode’s application generator portal can be used to create and manage applications. The community version of fastCode offers a single default workspace where all the applications reside. It is meant to be used by a single user, although multiple users can collaborate on further developing the application once it's been generated.

fastCode on your local machine

If your application database is local and not accessible publicly, the cloud version of fastCode cannot read the database and generate an application. To overcome this problem, we are providing a local version of the fastCode Application generator that can be downloaded. In order to download the application generator, click on the Download fastCode button on the top right corner of the Application Generator Portal screen. This will download a zip file to your local machine. To run the fastCode Application Generator locally, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Unzip the zip file,, to a local directory

  2. cd to the unzipped directory root folder (cd fastCode-docker-dist)

  3. Run the application generator using the commands below based on your Operating System:
